On the morning of April 16, 2020, at 8:30 am, Wuxi Youfang Electric Co., Ltd. held a "Workshop Master Apprentice Signing Ceremony" in the training room on the 4th floor of the office building.
In 2020, Youfang Electrician recruited nearly 90 new employees and was assigned to different positions in three workshops: bare wire, winding, and enameling. In order to improve the operational skills of workshop employees, help them grow as soon as possible, and meet the growing needs of workshop production capacity, the company has arranged a group of skilled, experienced, and patient senior employees to serve as their mentors while respecting individual wishes.
After this signing ceremony, the attending masters and apprentices expressed that adopting the form of signing can enhance the relationship between the masters and apprentices. With this title, as a master, one will be more devoted to teaching, and as an apprentice, one will be more willing to humbly receive education.
