Flat enameled wire

Flat enameled wire is a main product of winding wires, which is composed of bare wire and insulation. It is baked after repeated varnish coating when the bare copper wire finished annealing. However, it is not easy to be manafactured to up to the standards meanwhile meet customer's requirements, since the quality of raw material, process parameters, manufacturing equipments, environment etc. are all the influence factors. Although the various enameled wire have different characters, they are all with properties of mechanical, chemical, electrical and thermal.

Flat enameled wire has the advantages of light insulation, high insulation strength, good flexibility, smooth surface, which are widely used for winding of distribution transformer, generator, motor, also new energy inductors and various electrical equipments.
Corona resistant flat enameled wire can be chosen for improving the corona resistance and impulse voltage resistance of high-frequency motor, variable frequency motor and traction motor.
