On April 30th, the company held the first "Friendly Electrician Youth Backbone Work Experience Exchange Conference" in the conference room on the third floor of the office building. More than 20 young representatives from relevant department heads, administrative functions, processes, technology, workshop management, and other positions of the company attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the manager of the management department, Qian Rongrong.
This meeting, as the first youth backbone exchange meeting of friendly electricians, adopts the "World Coffee" model for group discussions. At the meeting, all young employees engaged in lively discussions around topics such as "finding job motivation", "professional ethics and job matching", "self-improvement and self-management", and "alleviating anxiety and pressure in work". Eight young employees from different departments and positions in the sharing group, based on their own work experience and position, conducted a rich and colorful work experience and insights sharing. Other young employees from the sharing group listened attentively and actively asked questions, learning from their experiences, and also exchanged their own work experiences.
